I signed up for the 5 days early and got an email saying they weren’t able to do it. My DDD is today but my bars went blank on TurboTax when I login and says pending with no refund delivery date. When should I get my refund since today is my DDD? My info doesn’t match on SBTPG

Go by Where's My Refund on the IRS site. Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.

Due to PATH Act, the IRS holds refunds for EITC/ACTC customers until March 3.

TurboTax is supposed to be disbursing my money to me. I tried to do the 5 day early refund. Where’s my refund says today. I have fees coming out and a failed 5 days early refund.
