We found something wrong with one of our 2023 W2's around health insurance deductibility. Apparently it was a problem with TT at the time. Does TT offer assistance with amending prior year returns?

The "Live" tax experts do not help with past year returns. We can answer questions here in the user forum.

Wait until your original return has been fully processed before you amend, and make sure you have saved a pdf of the original return before you amend.

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.
