Who is the email from? Are you referring to a marketing email that just wants you to use TurboTax to file your tax return? Your refund cannot be "on the way" if you have not prepared and filed a 2024 tax return.

I have filed on the 23 of January so it’s not marketing , it said your refund is on the way. Which would make sense since I have filed weeks ago. That’s why I’m confused
