Was your child born in 2023? If they were born in 2023 you are supposed to say in MY INFO that they lived with you the whole year.

Did you enter a Social Security number?

When it asked if the SS card was marked "not valid for employment" did you say NO to that?

When it asked if the child paid for over half their own support did you say NO?

Thanks - everything was done correctly, checked 10 times re-verifying.

I ended up fixing it by deleting them as a Dependent, then re-adding them (entering in all the same info/answers) and voila, Credit appeared. Very frustrated that I didn't catch this TurboTax mistake when i initially filed last year
