I filed with 1040.com before I received my 1098-T, but couldn't adjust any of that information. It didn't seem to account for any of that data either. I already got notice that my return was accepted. But, I'm worried it's too late to submit my return (amended or otherwise) through TurboTax.

If a return has already been accepted with your SSN on it, the IRS will reject any other return you try to e-file. If you think you missed a tax break of some sort with the software you used, wait for the return to be fully processed and amend the return.

Since your tax return was Accepted by the IRS you cannot use TurboTax to file a tax return.

If you need to amend your return you should be using the other tax preparation provider, 1040.com.
