    <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to re-install from cd the 2023 TT. It's the same cd I successfully used last year. It installed OK then got to the activation window. Asked me to log in to Intuit account. I correctly and carefully entered my email, which I had carefully written down last year. It said, no account found. So I tried the phone number (I only have one), same result. I then clicked on create a new account. I used the exact same email and phone as last year. When I got to the activation window it asked for the license code from CD, which i carefully and correctly entered. It said, code was associated with another account. What account? Is there any way to find an account associated with a license code? Or another way to activate my software?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Your reply and provided links did not resolve the issue, nor is there any accessible contact info other than a phone number that is never answered. When trying to re-install my 2023 Turbo Tax from CD it says "&lt;SPAN&gt;This license code is already linked to another account.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Try login with another account&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;". I only have one Intuit account. The disk license code is s746-tbq2-pzb7-wr5j. What account is linked to my CD? I do not mind showing my disk license on this forum where thousands of people can see it, because at this point all my 15 years of past Turbo Tax products are worthless to me anyway, and I will never purchase from Intuit again unless I can resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
