They expect to mail it by 2/27 (and that is not guarantee...

They expect to mail it by 2/27 (and that is not guaranteed). You should add 4-7 days for the check to actually arrive.

@Jummy If the IRS is mailing your refund, you are at the mercy of the U.S. postal system. No one here can pinpoint the day the refund will arrive in your mailbox. Mailed refund checks can take average 7-10 days--and remember that there is a federal holiday with no mail coming up next week on July 4. So all you can do is watch your mailbox and open all mail even if it looks like junk mail.
