I changed my bank information for state will it change for federal too.?

In the File section of the program on Step 2 if you also had a state tax refund, the program would have given you options on how to receive the state refund, one of those option was direct deposit of the refund. Once you chose direct deposit you would been presented with a screen for enter the bank routing and account numbers for the deposit.

Yes I fixed my information so my federal will go to that same bank account right??

The federal and state direct deposit for tax refunds are separate sections in the File section. Just changing the federal direct deposit information does not update/change the state direct deposit information.
