If you are using the TurboTax online editions and have paid for the TurboTax online account -

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

I got the answer from a phone call with them. My problem was that Tax Tools was not visible. I had to go back in, say "start another state return" and then the menu had more choices
