2033 Tax Return

I’ve been filing with TurboTax since 2018. I have done the same thing every year. When I go to file my 2024 return it says it doesn’t have my 2023 tax return on file. I have a copy but a lot of numbers are missing and I also checked the IRS website as well as my bank statements and I received a refund as well as there is a copy of it on the IRS website so I know I filed. It asked me for my total AGI number and I guess it wasn’t right but there is nothing I can enter in because my tax return document from TurboTax doesn’t include any numbers and it’s hard to read the ones on the IRS website

Your 2023 AGI is on line 11 of your 2023 Form 1040.

You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Start a 2024 return online and enter some personal information so that the menu on the left opens up and lets you access your past year returns.

It’s completely blank and it doesn’t have a number it just says 0 and on all my other documents from previous years and there is a number there

You probably used a different account last year. That is common.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.
