Refund Advance Not Received

This is my first time using TT. I filed my return on 1/18. At the time I applied for and was approved a 500 refund advance. I understood at that time that IRS would not start accepting returns until 1/27. Once IRS accepts my return. The 500 advance would be deposited into my CK money account with 15m of acceptance from the IRSs. My return was accepted at around 9ish this morning. My refund advance still hasn't been deposited into my account. Is anyone else having this issue?

Many people have posted about not getting their advance but they will not post when they get it and we do not know when they do. Please post back when it is received so others can be assured when it is working.

I haven't received mine either. Mine got approved a while ago and I don’t have anything deposited yet.

If your getting your refund 5 days early you won't be getting an advance if they would they would post that no one would be confused it's either or and they make money on 5days early not on the advance so if u opted in to get paid 5days early you won't get a advance. It's bs

I didn't opt for the 5 day early. I won't be getting my refund until end of Feb or early March because I have EIC. So 5 days wouldn't make a difference for me by then. But right now the advance will. That's why I chose the refund advance option

***UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL POSTED QUESTION***

So apparently the same day I filed my taxes, applied and was approved for the loan, was also the same day that they denied the loan. An email was sent but it went to my spam folder. I attached a snip of the email. The upsetting part is that I called the Treasury Offset and they said I have no debts owed. Well I guess at least now I know. Thanks to the person who posted to check you spam. This is the offset # in case anyone else needs it (800) 304-3107.

I’m still waiting as well for my advance. Irs accepted my return yesterday for federal and around nine this morning for state. And still no refund advance.

Haven't tecieved mines either I applied on the 23d mines wasnt accepted until the 29th I was approved for a refund advance and I still havent recieved it even after the system has been down for 3 days. I've been with turbotax for 10 years this have never happened to me looks like this will be my last time filing with this company.

This is not giving any clarification as to why so many of us have not received the advance. I applied for the advance and there is no record of it in my return PDF. I contacted Century Bank and they say it’s still being reviewed. What does that even mean?

I, too, have nothing in my spam folder. No denial letter. No acceptance letter. No record of anything.

If you did not receive the acceptance letter and confirmed it is not in your email. You can call toll-free at 1 (888) 679-8122 to get an update on your refund advance.

My refund advance has been a nightmare. I applied for the refund advance, and I got an email confirming this. When my refund was approved, I never got the money. I called everyone, and Turbo Tax was not at all helpful. They stated that this was an issue across the board, acknowledge that "they didn't know why this happened." They stated that my refund was sent in to the IRS as 5 days early, not the refund advance I filed for. I spent hours on the phone. They refused to let me speak to a supervisor. They told me to call the IRS- Why? The IRS had nothing to do with it.
