We are experiencing the same exact problem. We have called Turbo tax 3 times. NOBODY can help us. They keep saying to open the tax tools and we keep saying there is no tax tools selection to even open. They need to fix this problem … it’s not the users issue

having the same problem.....use this product for years .....never had this problem

Can you give us some more information?

Are you trying to print current year or prior year returns?
What version of TurboTax are you using, desktop or online?
Have you paid for your preparation fees yet?
Have you filed your return yet?
