That does not work. I just tried. Seems there is NO 2023 Mac Desktop version. I just tried to amend. Doesn't work online ( I get a 500 Server error). Chat was no help. They said Mac 2023 Desktop software doesn't exist. Makes no sense!! I tried the order online, completed the order, and then it wouldn't download. Intuit REALLY Dropped the ball here!!!

Of course there is Mac desktop software. I am using it right now. You must have gotten some ridiculous AI response.

But if you did not use the download software for 2023, and need to amend your 2023 return:

Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.

It was not an A.I. response. It was direct person chat.

Plus, I keep getting errors when I try to order and/or download the Mac Desktop version 2023. The agent said that's because it doesn't exist.
