My federal income tax was accepted on 1/22. I live in Florida, so we are not required to do state income taxes. They advertise that as soon as your federal taxes are accepted you will receive your refund advance. I have not gotten mine despite it being approved. I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone to tell me what’s going on or when it will be coming, the whole thing seems very bogus and fraudulent. Has anyone else having this issue?

I haven't received mine either. Many people have though and I cant even find anything on my return stating it. But I was approved
