Refund advance

Completed my taxes this week to file, was offered a refund advance and was approved, irs accepted my return today but I have not receive my advanced. Called turbo tax and they have no reason as to why it would say I was approved and then not give it to me, they can only see that it was declined. I have never had this happen, they have no explanation or anything

IRS is accepting returns early as a test but the oficial acceptance to get the advance will happen on or after January 27

still have not received the advance loan that i was approved for, called turbo tax again and they are now stating they do not see that i was approved. If i would have known this was going to happen i wouldn't have used turbo tax to file, i would have went somewhere that i would have went somewhere else..... they do not have a reason as to why this has happen but has stated a few other customers have experienced this as well. Will not recommend using Turbo Tax to anyone.
