How do I trace a lost refund check?

I amended my 2021 return on Nov 9th 2024 via E-file with turbo tax associate help, the check was issued on Nov 18th and was delivered on November 21, but was lost or thrown away by accident.

That does not quite make sense. It takes the IRS four months or more to process an amended return, so it is not plausible that you just filed an amended return in November 2024 and that the IRS issued a check within less than two weeks. Do you really mean that you sent the amended return in 2023---over a year ago?

No, it was e-filed via TurboTaxLive Assisted. That's why it processed so quickly.
