I filed last week with the hope of getting the advance like I have every year, I received an email stating IRS accepted my federal. Nooo advance on my credit karma card. I have referred so many people to Turbo tax for this reason and now all of a sudden, I don't get it? Not what it says at all. If you advertise it and I do my end why put us through that?

False advertising and probably my last time doing taxes through Turbo tax! Not cool at all!!!

That's not really helpful! I didn't get the advance and it stated I would!
