They are not sending out CD's this year if that is what you are waiting for. The software is a download only. If you really want a CD you can pay an extra $10 for one to be sent to you AFTER you get your license key.

How do I download my software from TurboTax.com?

For TurboTax CD/Download purchases, once you’ve received an order confirmation for your purchase, follow these instructions to download your TurboTax software:

Go to Access my downloads and sign in with the same user ID you used to purchase your software
On Your TurboTax account, select the Downloads tab
Select the version you want to download and save it somewhere on your computer where you can find it

Install your software by double-clicking the downloaded file
