if 2024 follows prior years, you don't. If it has the advance program for 2024, it will likely start in January 2025 and will be at Turbotax's description to whom it is offered.

Sorry…TurboTax does not have any refund advance loans at this time. For the past several tax seasons, there have been refund advance loans during January and February. Those loans had to be offered to you, and no money was issued until the IRS accepted the user’s e-file.
