Hi, I made some mistakes in my submission of my taxes for 2023 and had to submit an amended tax return and I don't want to make the same mistakes again. Is there a way I can do a mock(practie inputting information) for 2024 taxes so I don't make the same mistakes and if so, what is the link and do I have to create a new account for 2024 filing? please advise

For 2024 return you file next year? With the Desktop installed program you can do unlimited returns like to test in. The Desktop program is available now. You can buy the Desktop Download program at

TurboTax® Desktop 2023-2024 | Tax Software Download

The Online version won’t open until early or mid December. Then it is only good for one return per account. You can do a test return and not file it. But you would have to setup another account to do your real return and file. You don’t have to pay for the test account unless you want to print it or see the forms.

Online software for 2024 is not yet available----that will happen sometime in early December. The desktop download for 2024 is already available for use on a full PC or Mac, and if you have a computer that supports the software, you can prepare unlimited "fake" returns to see the results. With online software, every return needs its own account and user ID.
