The wheresmyrefund site has no details either. Calling the number tells me to check online, checking online says to wait it out...

No don't file again. You just have to wait for the IRS. They have your return and are working on it. Keep waiting.

If you have an economic hardship, you could see if the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service will assist you, if you wish. They are especially prone to help if there is a hardship or if you keep getting continued delays without any info from the IRS.
