And if you go here&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i1040x.pdf" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;Instructions for 1040X&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;and read under the&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;Assembling Your Return&lt;/B&gt; section on the bottom of&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt;Page 13&lt;/B&gt;, it will list everything you need to send along with &lt;B&gt;Form 1040X&lt;/B&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
