Tax compliance report shows a few days late even though FedEx tracking shows delivery before the due date

I noticed that the IRS account site now has a button to generate a tax compliance report. It lists a couple of past years as being filed a few days late, even though FedEx tracking shows the paper returns delivered before the due date.

Is the late filing status on the report simply the date that the return entered the system, and will it be a problem or be seen negatively?
