      <description>&lt;P&gt;If someone (family member? &amp;nbsp;friend? &amp;nbsp;acquaintance?) actually used exactly your same account and user name to prepare a tax return, then that second return overwrote your own tax return. &amp;nbsp;Online accounts can only be used for one return; if the same account and username are used again, the second return overwrites the first one and the first one is gone forever. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;If that actually happened and your return is gone, you can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $30, an actual copy of the return.&lt;/P&gt;
