Need download code in order to amend a previous year tax return. It was not included in my email.

I requested the download code for the Turbo Tax software to amend my previous year tax return for my MAC computer. I received an email with a record number and the wording "download code:" and there is no code next to this field. I have tried emailing Turbo Tax with no response. Please help.
