      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, you can apply for an installment agreement for both years.&amp;nbsp;Note that the IRS charges&amp;nbsp;a fee.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can pay off your debt within a year, you can make do without an installment agreement. Mail a check plus the voucher for as much as you can afford to pay. The IRS will send a response thanking you for the payment and listing your current balance plus another voucher.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it will take longer than a year to pay your debt, then you will need to apply for a payment plan. to do this through TurboTax, you must apply before you file your return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;
