Not only are they stealing from hard working people but the amount they are taking from us is inconsistent. They stole $500 from me. That's money I was counting on.
Has anyone gotten any money back from them or even been able to reach them? Truth is I'm worried this unethical company now has my banking info along with my tax info, they could do pretty much anything to us.

Please see this link for more reasons why your refund was lower than the amount listed on your tax return. There are several resources on that link with contact information based upon how you chose to file your return.

If the taxing agencies reduced your refund, they will send out a correspondence via postal mail and explain what the changes were.

Write to your state Attorney General and the CA Attorney General.

That's all you can do.
