I'm assuming your refund received was higher than the amount on your tax return as filed. If that is correct, the taxing agency will mail you information explaining the difference between your actual return as filed to the corrected amounts determined by the taxing agencies.

Sorry we don't understand your question. Did you get your refund? Was it less than you were expecting? Federal and state refunds come from different places at different times.

Were you having the fees deducted from your refund? There is an EXTRA $40 (45 for California) service charge to have the fees deducted.

I was trying to get in touch with someone about my refund return to see what my refund balance is going to be in need help by receiving it what I receive it or not

The IRS had received my return and I need to help about trying to find out what's going on about the letter that I received letter I supposed to receiving about my refund changing so will they still send my refund with the letter or I got to wait

@shaBrintypowe No one at TurboTax knows about a letter that the IRS sent to you. The IRS does not share any information with TurboTax after you file your tax return. If you do not understand what the letter is saying, please share some details of what it says here but without any of your personal information.

TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support. At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support". Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter. Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.
