You either get a refund or you owe, not both.

We cannot see your information. It is possible to receive a federal refund and owe the state; or you can owe the IRS and get a state refund.

Or do you mean you owe back taxes and you want to know if you will get a refund? If you owe back taxes, the IRS will take your 2023 refund and use it to pay the amount you owe. If there is anything left after your debt is paid, you can receive the remaining amount.

Or.....are you just confused about refunds and owing tax due? If you are getting a federal refund it will be on line 35a of your Form 1040. If you owe tax due to the IRS it will be on line 37 of your Form 1040. There cannot be amounts in both of those lines. It is one or the other.
