Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.

Go to the Oregon Revenue Online site. In the Revenue Online section, select Where's my refund?

For refund-related questions, contact the Oregon Department of Revenue and select Personal Income Tax.

Statement from the City of Portland: If you are requesting a refund, please allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for the City of Portland Revenue Division to process your request.
