Take a look at your fees and see if you didn't add something that you didn't need. Sometimes, you do have to upgrade if a particular form or schedule is needed.

Go to Tax Tools, Tools, My Fees to see a list of your fees.

If you need to switch back to Free, follow the directions in this FAQ.

Was the fee suppose to come out of your refund but they took it from your bank account?

If the IRS is taking too long to send your refund and still holding your refund 36 days after your original estimated refund date they will ask you to pay the fees or they will debit your bank account. See, What happens if the IRS reduces my refund.
