1065 Extension and Amendment

Preparing a 1065 return for a 2 partner LLC using TT Business. On 3/15, I decided I needed to file extension and answered the questions accordingly in the software. I proceeded to eFile, assuming I was eFiling the extension. I got acceptance email. I didn't save a version of the TT file at that point. Then I continued working on the return and now that I am ready to actually file the 1065, the software says I already filed my 1065. Now I'm confused.

1. Did i initially file 1065 or 7004 (it seems like I filed the incorrect 1065)

2. Since I continued working, I overwrote the copy that was efiled and now don't know the exact changes I have to report b/w the original 1065 and the amended 1065.

3. Do I now file an amendment now?
