    <description>&lt;P&gt;That should be your federal refund after the Turbo Tax fees are taken out. &amp;nbsp;Plus there is an Extra $40 Refund Processing Service charge (45 in California) to use that service. &amp;nbsp; If you think the deposit is not the right amount you have to ask the IRS. &amp;nbsp; They might have adjusted your return. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
