      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you cannot get the information from your ex-wife, and by extension TurboTax, you're only option would be to contact the IRS. There are two methods by which you can contact the IRS. The first is by going to the website for tax transcripts, located here: &lt;A href="https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript" rel="nofollow" target="_blank"&gt;Get Transcript&lt;/A&gt;. The other is to call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
