From what I’ve seen it looks like you can’t directly sent it to your bank account BUT you can set up a pay pal with your bank account info and transfer the funds to your pay pal which will then transfer it to your bank account

@hotstuff816 is it as simple as it sounds? I've been trying everything to transfer the funds from their without the real card it is hard. If so can you explain it to me?

Yes - You can transfer your funds from your prepaid card to a bank card. Each card has an "account" tied to it, so you would need to obtain that information for your bank card to complete the transfer. To transfer funds, you will log in to your TurboTax Prepaid Card Account at the website here: https://www.turboprepaidcard.com/

Is up to all you guys and girls out there the TurboTax card app is currently down so if you did receive an advance refund your money is there you are not going to be able to touch it at all even online until your physical card come in the mail or until they fix the problem and it been like that since January 24th 2020 this is unacceptable this is people money they're messing with how you have a app that deals with people money that crashes with all this scamming stuff going on in this world online.

I’m still unable to transfer funds although the mobile app itself is working just fine. I’m also able to use the funds using the temporary card information with no issue.

You can log into your Turbo Tax Prepaid Card Account online and edit information, pay bills, transfer funds, etc. To access this account, login or activate your card here:

TurboTax Visa Prepaid Card Click on "Help" at the top and this will show you how to do transfers ect.

I have found that PayPal treats turbo card as a fraudulent bank and shuts down your PayPal account. Takes days to get back online. A nightmare.

I suggest using the routing and bank acct number found under Account in turbo card to set up google pay and transfer your funds out of turbo card ASAP. However bank transfers are slow. 2-3 days to verify bank and another 2-3 days to transfer. I am using Chime. Very easy to use

App is useless. You can only transfer to other turbo card users. You got to be kidding.
