No, everyone is not getting refunds tomorrow. TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.

Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS.

I you are having your fees taken out of your federal refund, it goes through a third party bank first and then you get what is left of your refund after the fees are deducted. It would usually take an extra day or two.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
