Form 44444, W-2c, box 13

I received a corrected W2, the only difference is “third-party sick pay” box is checked in box 13. Do I need to re-file an amended return?

No. Since the income (box 1) or tax withholding ( box 2) did not change, you do not need to file an amendment for that W2C. The "Third party sick pay" box is informational only. Keep it with your tax documents.
