Since you mention "SBTPG", I'll assume you chose to pay your TurboTax products fees out of your Federal refund.

Where did you get the date? If it was from the TurboTax website, it was an estimate. Only go by a date if it's provided on the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool.

And even then, the IRS says to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing procedures.

Once the IRS has sent your funds, you can use the lookup tool at the SBTPG website. At the following page, click on the "For Taxpayers' button:

Wmr updated it to the 13th from delayed I'm just waiting for sbtpg to receive it just didnt know if it was the day before or day of

No one here is going to know with certainty, and it may even vary. There might be other users who can anecdotally report on their own experience with SBTPG. But even when SBTPG receives it, the IRS says to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing times, but normally it does not take that long; that's just what the IRS has to say so everyone doesn't phone them on Day 1. You can monitor with the SBTPG lookup tool I mentioned above.

This thread may or may not apply to you depending on how you paid your TurboTax fees (if any.)

SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group) is the third-party company that first receives a Federal tax refund from the IRS IF the filer chose to pay the TurboTax fees out of the Federal refund. SBTPG's bank receives the refund, takes out the product fees, than sends the rest of the funds to the filer in a second direct deposit. If you had any product fees, but you chose to pay them upfront with a credit/debit card, then this thread doesn't apply to you.

If you did choose to pay fees out of your Federal refund, and have a question about it, then you should be able to get help in this forum.
