Don't know why you would want to print and mail the tax return rather than e-filing.

But see this TurboTax support FAQ for how to print and mail a tax return when using the online editions - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/printers-printing/print-mail-return-turbotax-online/L5bwuqXGy_US_en_US?uid=ltdozrz9

By the way, The online fees are the same if you efile OR print and mail. You will need to pay the fees with a credit card. And if you have a tax due you can efile and say you will mail a check, then you can pay whenever and however you want.

If you incorrectly expect that it will be free if you file by mail----it will not be. Your fee is the same with paid versions of the software whether you e-file or mail it in an envelope.
