Why is the Print Center not working to print 2023 tax documents with or without worksheets? Looks like a programming bug. Even a help link in the pop-up box does not work.

You do not get all the forms, schedules and worksheets when using this procedure with the TurboTax online editions?

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

Exactly - that is exactly what does not work! It worked last year, but not this year.

I just downloaded one of my test tax returns using the Free online edition. It included every form, schedule and worksheet.

Only thing I can think of is for you to clear cache and cookies from your web browser after signing off the TurboTax account and then sign on and try again. If that does not work then try changing your web browser to Google Chrome.

Also, a popup appears telling one that this might take a while to prepare the documents. Is 3 hours long enough because that how long I have been waiting. There is also a help link. The help link does absolutely nothing.

That definitely sounds like an internet/web browser issue. I have never seen that pop when downloading anything from the TurboTax online editions.

Tried your suggestion with clearing cache, Chrome etc. Still no printing possible.

I have seen that popup window in previous years, so it is not new.

Just tried Firefox - it works!! The popup window appears - about 5 seconds later the tax document with worksheets appears. Success. Your suggestions were great, as they proved that the problem was with the browser.
