If you want to track your MA refund you can go here: Use the Check the Status of Your Refund tool.

Before calling the Contact Center:

Give it 4 to 6 weeks for your refund for e-filed returns and 8 to 10 weeks for paper returns or to receive
A request from DOR for more information.
