      <description>&lt;P&gt;it would seem that since the return was rejected the government records of your marketplace insurance (MPI) differ from what you entered if you entered anything at all. if you had MPI you need to get the 1095-A and enter it which completes form 8962 that is required, if you had MPI. For any boxes on the 1095-A that are zero leave them blank in Turbotax.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;if you did not have MPI here are some steps you can take;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Contact the Marketplace&lt;/STRONG&gt;: at&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1-800-318-2596&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Inquire about the status of your enrollment and clarify that you did not sign up for Marketplace coverage. If they have to correct their records you may not be able to e-file.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Contact the IRS &lt;/STRONG&gt;but they may only say to file by mail.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

You can sign in to your &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.healthcare.gov/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;HealthCare.gov&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt; account and download the form or, as Mike9241 mentioned, contact the Marketplace.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Once you have your form:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;On the &lt;I&gt;Let's fix your returns and then refile&lt;/I&gt; screen, select &lt;STRONG&gt;Fix it now&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Continue&lt;/STRONG&gt; on the &lt;I&gt;Let's take a look at your return&lt;/I&gt; screen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;You’ll get taken back to the &lt;I&gt;Keep going to refile your returns&lt;/I&gt; screen. From here, select &lt;STRONG&gt;Federal&lt;/STRONG&gt; from the left menu.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Select &lt;STRONG&gt;Start&lt;/STRONG&gt; or &lt;STRONG&gt;Revisit&lt;/STRONG&gt; next to &lt;I&gt;Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A)&lt;/I&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Answer the questions and continue through to enter the details from your Form 1095-A.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;When you’re done, select &lt;STRONG&gt;File&lt;/STRONG&gt; from the left menu and continue through to refile your return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
