Why can't I find form 1040

I am looking through my federal taxes trying to file as an expat, but form 1040 is missing and I cannot find it anywhere on the page. I cannot E-file because 1040 is blank. Where is it?

did you start your return then stop. close it and a later date or time try to continue? if so you are probably not in the same account you used originally.

If you excluded all your earned income (form 2555) and you have no taxable income shown on the form 1040 then you cannot efile the return. The trick is to enter $1 of bank interest to generate an entry on the 1040 and allow the efiling.
