My return is a simple return with only SS & a small pension. No taxes are due, but the sales tax rebate is owed.

The state should move your return from pending to accepted within 2 days. The state just started accepting returns on Monday, State announces it is processing 2023 income tax returns From there, the state will review it and send it to processing.
