Incomplete refund advance application

after filing and choosing the advanced refund deposit and doing all the pertinent paperwork somehow it's incomplete I haven't got it and it's been 24 hours since it's been accepted how can I go and complete an application for a refund advance even though I e-filed already and it's accepted it's going to my credit karma money account yet it's incomplete I don't understand and I don't know what to do cuz there's nowhere to go

If all else fails, your refund will be issued by a check in the mail. If you have already e-filed you cannot go back to fix or file an application for the Advanced Refund Program.
