TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.

First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

I know y'all don’t care and this might even be funny to you guys but, yall haven’t sent my refund it’s been over a 3 weeks and every day comes and goes and yall people don’t send my refund. Yall do this 2 me every year and make me go searching and taking the extra mile to get my refund. I’m disgusted with you all and hope you guys gain some dignity.

TurboTax does not issue your refund. Only the IRS is in control of issuing your refund. Once you file your tax return, TurboTax gets no information from the IRS. It is all up to the IRS. You can track your refund on the IRS refund site.
