So you lived with him ALL YEAR and had less than $4,700 total income? Did he file his return? Was it Accepted? Is yours rejecting? It makes a difference how to fix it. Or did his return reject because you claimed yourself?

Taking a step back, if you filed a return unless you just filed it to get a refund, I assume that you had more than $4,700 in income. If that is true he can’t claim you. Let us know if that was your situation so we can advise.
