My son filed his taxes 2/2/2024. Got a refund advance for 2500. Mind you it said it would take 4 minutes after being accepted by the IRS. It’s been accepted by federal and state is pending. He has not received any of the refund advance and I told him to call. And then they said it was denied because of some criteria. If that was the case they should have done that in the beginning. Now he could’ve used his own bank and not credit karma . Also never received a email about being denied. Y’all need to do better and stop scamming us !

He did all that . He even called MVB and they said it was denied. I really think that REFUND ADVANCE IS A SCAM . . Making false promises to get credit Karma accounts open. That’s really misleading!!!
