The Economic Impacts Payments (stimulus) were only available in 2020 and 2021. If you filed your 2020 and 2021 tax returns you were asked if you received the payments.

If you were claimed as a dependent on a 2020 or 2021 tax return you were not eligible for the payments.

Go to the IRS tax account website to see if the payments were sent to you in 2020 and 2021 - https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account

And.....if you could be claimed as someone else's dependent for 2020 or 2021, you will not be eligible for the recovery rebate credit now. That credit is based on your 2020 and 2021 situation.
