Ohio Refund Offset

I owe a small amount of school tax from 2006. I was told to go online and upload a document stating that I agree with this offset being paid. My question is, how long after agreeing to this offset will it take for the remainder of my refund to be given to me? Will it be direct deposited?

No one in this forum can tell you how long it will take for Ohio to process your payment or issue your refund.

I understand that but was just looking for examples of how long others have waited. I already did contact the state.
